    How to use the VAIO Care™ utility to troubleshoot issues with software applications.

    1. In the Possible Issues section, click the appropriate button that corresponds to the device or action you would like to troubleshoot.

      NOTE: The following options are available:

      • Aero
      • Internet Explorer Performance
      • Internet Explorer Safety
      • Start Help and Support

      NOTE: Depending on the option selected, you will be presented with troubleshooting steps related to that device or situation.

    2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
