WinDVD® has stopped playback due to an AACS check error.

    Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Click Start.
    2. Click Control Panel.
    3. In the Control Panel window, click Programs and Features.
    4. Uninstall WinDVD_BD.
    5. Configure the operating system to show all hidden files and folders
    6. Click Start.
    7. Click Computer.
    8. Click Local Disk C:
    9. Locate the folder Corel® or the CorelWinDVD folder, and delete it.
    10. Restart your computer.
    11. Install WinDVD_BD from the VAIO Care™ Utility.

      NOTE: If the renewal of the AACS key is demanded, do not renew the AACS key.

    12. Update WinDVD_BD to the latest version if there is an available update.
