BRAVIA Doesn't Appear When Using Screen Mirroring or Wi-Fi Direct

Screen Mirroring Compatible Device

Make sure to set the input of your TV to Screen Mirroring.

Note: This feature isn't available on a TV with Android™ 8.0 Oreo™ operating system (OS).

Wi-Fi Direct® Compatible Device

Turn on the Wi-Fi Direct feature. Your TV type and operating system determines these steps.

Check the Channel Frequency on the Router

If the issue still occurs, change the wireless channel frequency on the router between channels 1 and 11.

  • BRAVIA won't appear on the compatible devices if you set it to 12 or 13 channel frequency.
  • Contact your Internet Service Provider or check your wireless router manual for more information.
