The Screen Mirroring or Wi-Fi Direct Compatible Device Doesn't Detect My TV

To resolve this issue, depending on which feature your device supports, set the input of your TV to Screen mirroring or turn on the Wi-Fi Direct® feature. Follow the instructions according to your TV type and operating system to turn on the Wi-Fi Direct feature.

Note: The Screen mirroring feature isn't available on the MASTER Series TVs.

If the issue still occurs, change the wireless channel frequency on the router between channels 1 and 11.

  • Your TV won't appear on the compatible devices if the router is set to channel frequency 12 or 13. Contact your internet service provider (ISP) or check your wireless router manual for more information.
