This article is designed to fix the following issues.
- If the menu items on the LCD touch-panel of the camcorder do not respond correctly.
- If the menu items on the LCD touch-panel of the camcorder do not respond at all.
These issues can be fixed by adjusting the LCD screen calibration of the camcorder. For further details on how to perform the LCD screen calibration, refer to the instructions manual that came with the camcorder. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
NOTE: The LCD touch-panel cannot be calibrated if it is rotated.
If the issue is still not resolved after calibrating the LCD touch panel, service may be required.
