An Error Appears When I Access Netflix, YouTube, or Other Applications

Possible Causes

An error Feature is not available or Service cannot be accessed at this time may appear for the following reasons:

  • You turned on the TV.

  • You immediately selected the app after pressing the HOME button on the remote.

  • The TV is no longer connected to an active internet connection.

Solution

If the error still appears, follow these steps:

  1. Perform a Refresh Internet Content.

  2. Test the app.

    Note: If the issue occurs, continue to the next step.

  3. Make sure the TV has an active internet connection.
  4. Reset the TV to factory settings.
  5. Manually set an IP address on your device.
