Unable to pair the Smart Tennis Sensor with my mobile device.

If you are unable to pair the Smart Tennis Sensor with your mobile device, follow the steps below.

  1. In case the Smart Tennis Sensor and the mobile have been paired but you are not able to use the Smart Tennis sensor, cancel the pairing.
    • For Android™ mobile devices

      NOTE: The steps to activate the Bluetooth® function may vary depending on the mobile device. Refer to the instruction manual of the mobile device. Below is an example on how to activate the Bluetooth function of an Xperia™ Z smartphone running an Android Kitkat® 4.4.4 operating system.

      1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
      2. Tap Bluetooth.
      3. Tap On.
      4. On the Bluetooth screen, tap Search for Devices.
      5. Under Available Devices, search for SSE-TN1 xxxx.

        NOTE: Do not continue with the next steps if SSE-TN1 xxxx is not displayed under the list of Available Devices.

      6. Tap the wrench icon beside SSE-TN1 xxxx.
      7. Tap Unpair.
    • For Apple® iOS® mobile devices
      1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
      2. Tap General.
      3. Tap Bluetooth
      4. Flip the on / off button.
      5. Under MY DEVICES, search for SSE-TN1 xxxx.

        NOTE: Do not continue with the next steps if SSE-TN1 xxxx is not displayed under the list of MY DEVICES.

      6. Tap SSE-TN1 xxxx.
      7. Tap Forget This Device.
      8. Pair the Smart Tennis Sensor and the mobile device.
      9. On the Bluetooth screen, under DEVICES, search for SSE-TN1 xxxx.
      10. Tap SSE-TN1 xxxx.
      11. Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
  2. Register or pair the Smart Tennis Sensor with the mobile device  again.
