If there are missing icons from the home screen of the Blu-ray Disc® player or if the icons were replaced with gray icons, the Blu-ray Disc player may not be retrieving the icon data from the server correctly. Data retrieval depends on the network connection. Perform the following steps to retrieve the icon data.
- If data retrieval by Wi-Fi® connection has failed, use wired network connection.
- Refresh the home screen as follows.
- On the supplied remote control, press the OPTIONS button.
- Choose Update service list.
