You can pin an app, contact, folder, drive, network or other shortcuts to the Start Menu or taskbar so they can be quickly accessed. Follow these steps to pin a shortcut to the Start Menu or taskbar.
- From the desktop, Start Menu, or ALL Apps, locate an app (or contact, folder, etc.) that you want to pin.
- Right-click the app (or contact, folder, etc.) icon, then click to select either Pin to Start or Pin to taskbar.
Depending on which action you choose, the selected app (or contact, folder, etc.) icon will now appear on either the Start Menu or the taskbar.
NOTE: To remove a shortcut from the Start Menu or taskbar, right-click the shortcut icon you wish to remove, then click to select either Unpin from Start or Unpin from taskbar.
