No Sound When I Connect the Headphone Amplifier to a Walkman Player or Mobile Device

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Make sure that the battery for the headphone amplifier is fully charged.
  2. Power off your device and then power it back on.

  3. Check the settings and connection between your device and the Walkman® player or mobile device.

  4. Make sure that your headphones are connected to the headphone port and not to the AUDIO IN/LINE OUT ports.
  5. Check if you can hear sound from the headphones when you playback the connected device.
