Does the Digital Paper System Show If It Is Connected to a Computer Through a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Connection?
The Digital Paper App can't distinguish between a Bluetooth® connection or Wi-Fi® connection when both are available at the same time. Turn off one of the wireless connections on your computer, or on your DPT-RP1 Digital Paper to determine which connection is active.
