My soundbar and TV aren't linked through Bluetooth

    Check the following if your soundbar won't turn on after you turned on a paired TV, or if the soundbar won't output sound even if you press the TV button on the TV remote. Check your manual for model-specific information. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

    Note: The soundbar may not automatically connect to the paired TV after it's set to a different input or if it's paired to a Bluetooth® device other than the TV.

    Sample steps when pairing to an Android TV™:

    1. Turn the TV on.
    2. On the supplied TV remote, press the HOME button.
    3. Select Settings → Bluetooth settings → Add device.
      • The TV will be in pairing mode and a list of available Bluetooth devices will appear after a few minutes.
    4. Select the soundbar from the list and perform pairing.
