What Should I Do If aibo Doesn't Take Photos?

• Make sure there are no stickers or foreign objects (such as dust, fingerprints, or dirt) on the tip of your aibo™ robotic companion's nose.
  • If necessary, carefully clean the camera with an air blower or a soft cloth.

  

• Make sure to set Enable photo taking to ON.

  Follow the steps according to your device:

  • Smartphone
    1. Launch My aibo app.
    2. Select My aibo.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Select Photos.
    5. Set Enable photo taking to ON.
    6. Select Set.
  • Computer
    1. Launch My aibo app.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Photos.
    4. Set Enable photo taking to ON.
    5. Select Set.

• Ask aibo to perform a trick using voice commands to see if it will respond.
  • Check your manual for the list of phrases and commands that aibo responds to. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
