TV audio drops out, there is no audio, or audio is out of sync

    1. Restart the TV using the power button on the remote control or the TV.
      • On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the screen, and then select it to restart the TV.
        • Depending on the TV, it may restart automatically after holding the Power button for approximately five seconds.
      • On the TV, press and hold the Power button for about 40 seconds until the TV turns off.
    2. Unplug the power cord from the wall, press the Power button on the TV and then release it. Wait for two minutes, and then plug in the power cord.
    3. Check that your TV has the latest software update. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
      • To make sure your TV always has the latest software updates set Software Auto update to ON.
        1. On the supplied remote, press the Help button.
        2. Select System software update, and make sure Automatically check for update is set to ON
