The drone aircraft and camera don't communicate with each other
Check the following and see if the issue is resolved after each step:
- The USB cables may not be connected. Make sure that the cables connecting the aircraft to the gimbal and the gimbal to the camera are both properly connected.
- Make sure that the camera is turned on.
- Disable USB Power Supply setting on the camera.
- Enable PC Remote Function on the camera.
