If you didn't hear the confirmation beep, it means your phone hasn't paired successfully with the Sony | Hearing Control app.
Follow the steps in the How do I change my phone settings for the initial setup of the OTC Hearing Aids? article carefully, and then pair the hearing aids with the Sony | Hearing Control app.
