Before beginning the initial setup of your OTC self-fitting hearing aids—or when fine-tuning, adjusting volume, or restarting your setup—proper phone preparation is essential. This preparation includes turning off smartwatches, disconnecting external devices, and adjusting specific phone settings.

- Many smartwatches connect to your phone via Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi®, so it’s best to power down a watch so it doesn’t interrupt set-up.
