The file name date and time of the RTK positioning data doesn't match the date and time of the data recorded on the SD card

There is no timezone info on SDHC cards (FAT32-formatted), and the date and time are set with the UTC timezone. This is what causes the mismatch. You can use the file with no problem, however, use an SDXC card (exFAT-formatted) to avoid the issue.
