When I pair my INZONE Buds to a device using the USB transceiver, there is no sound, or the connection is unstable

If the supplied USB transceiver for your WF-G700N earbuds is connected to a smartphone and carried in a clothing pocket or in a bag, it can become damaged if the transceiver is bumped, drops to the ground, or if too much pressure is applied. This type of damage is often internal and can't be seen from outside. If there is no sound or the connection is unstable while connected to a smartphone or other device, the USB transceiver may have been damaged internally. Contact Repair.  Go to Product Repair.
