REON: Frequently Asked Questions on Power

Press and hold the START/STOP/(power) button on the device for about 2 seconds to turn it Off.

Please wait for about 1 minute after putting it on. If it still does not start, remove the device and place it on a table or other flat, stable surface. Wait for about 1 minute and then put it back on. You can also start it manually via the app or device button.

Depending on the usage conditions, the device may not operate. If you set your preferred mode via the app in advance, you can start the device in that mode using the device button without the app from then on.

For RNP-P1 

Push [START/STOP] button on the device.

After removing the device, place it horizontally on a table or a flat surface and wait for 10 seconds.

If the device does not stop using the app or stop when you press the device button, you can perform a hard reset by holding the Power button for about 1 minute.
