Radio wave interference may be causing the issue. To resolve the issue, try these steps based on where you're using your INZONE Buds:
- If your smartphone is in your clothes pocket, take it out and bring it closer to the headphones.
- If your smartphone is connected to the INZONE Buds and it's also connected to a Wi-Fi® network, use the 5 GHz band.
- Keep the INZONE Buds away from electronic devices (e.g., smartphones other than the one connected to the INZONE Buds or Wi-Fi devices).
- If any electronic devices in the vicinity may be emitting interference, turn them OFF.
