The sensor connection is unstable. How can I improve it? (QM-PR1)
If you're experiencing an unstable sensor connection, there are several steps you can take to improve stability and performance.
Reduce wireless interference
Turn off Wi-Fi® routers and Bluetooth® devices that are not in use. These devices can create wireless interference that disrupts the sensor's communication signal, leading to connection drops or inconsistent performance.
Optimize receiver placement
Ensure that the receivers are approximately 50 cm apart. Proper spacing helps prevent signal congestion and interference between multiple receivers. Keep the receiver as far away from the computer as possible. Placing the receiver close to metal objects, such as a computer, may cause the connection to become unstable due to electromagnetic interference from metal surfaces.
Manage computer performance
Check your computer's performance and reduce the load by closing unnecessary applications. If your PC has too many running programs, communication may become unstable because system resources are overloaded, which affects the sensor's ability to maintain a consistent connection.
