The Sensor Data Receiver for mocopi can't be recognized by the computer (QM-PR1)

If the computer doesn't recognize the Sensor Data Receiver for mocopi, check the following.

• Make sure there are no problems with the USB cable.
• Ensure that the USB connectors on both the PC and receiver are fully inserted.
• Make sure you are using the USB Type-C® cable (USB-A - USB-C) (included).
  If you are using a different cable, it may not work properly.
• If you are using a USB hub, unplug and plug in the USB between the PC and the hub.
  We have confirmed that a problem with the hub causes the Windows® device driver not to recognize the device.
  (We don't recommend using a USB hub.)
