This article provides essential information on managing the battery life of your headphones, including tips on using Bluetooth mode, maintaining battery performance during long-term storage, optimal charging conditions, and guidance on battery replacement.

Check the following information

• Bluetooth mode and battery life
  When using your headphones for gaming on your computer or PlayStation®5, be aware that enabling Bluetooth mode can reduce the available operating time. If you are not using a Bluetooth® device, such as a smartphone, you can conserve battery life by pressing and holding the (Bluetooth) button for about 2 seconds to turn off the Bluetooth mode.
• Long-Term storage and battery maintenance
  If the headphones are not used for an extended period, the performance of the rechargeable battery may decline. In such cases, you can restore battery life by recharging the headphones several times. To prevent over-discharge during long-term storage, it is recomended to charge the battery at least once every six months.
• Optimal charging conditions
  It is recommended to charge in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F). For more information, refer to Charging the headset page for instructions.
• Battery replacement
  If you notice a significant decrease in the usage hours of the built-in rechargeable battery, it may be time to replace the battery. In this case, the headphones need to be sent for repair. Contact our Authorized Service Center for support.  Go to Product Repair.
