The sound quality is low when the INZONE H9 ll headphones are connected with Bluetooth

Check the following steps if the sound quality is low:

• If the volume on your playback device is too loud, turn it down.
• When playing music, if the Bluetooth profile is set to HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile), switch the Bluetooth® connection to A2DP: Advanced Audio Distribution Profile using the connected device.
  Note: If the headphones can connect to a previously connected Bluetooth device, they may only establish the HFP/HSP Bluetooth connection when turned on. Use the connected device to switch to an A2DP Bluetooth connection.
