Sound quality changes when INZONE H9 II headphones are turn off but still connected through cable
When you connect the headphones through a headphone cable, you can use them when they are powered off. This design allows for temporary use when charging is not possible.
However, using them while powered off will disable the noise canceling and Ambient Sound Mode functions, and the sound quality may differ from when the headphones are turned on. Therefore, we recommend using the headphones while they are powered on, if charging is possible.Product Repair
