The Noise Canceling effect is weak or not working (INZONE H9 II)
Follow these steps to troubleshoot Noise Canceling issues with the INZONE H9 II headphones.
- Ensure the noise-canceling function is turned on. You can cheINZONE H9 IIck the noise-canceling settings using the INZONE Hub software or the Sony | Sound Connect app.
- Adjust the headphones to fit snugly and comfortably.
- The noise-canceling function is particularly effective in reducing noise in low-frequency ranges, such as in offices, near air conditioners, on trains, and on planes. On the other hand, the effect is weak for noise in higher frequencies, such as human voices. This is normal and not a malfunction.
