The Noise Canceling effect is weak or the ambient sound is too loud when talking using the INZONE headphones

Sidetone helps you talk more naturally on headphones by picking up your voice through the microphone and playing it back to you. When you activate Sidetone, it may weaken the noise-canceling effect or increase ambient sound. This indicates normal operation, not a malfunction.

Note_Inline The Sidetone feature works under the following conditions:

• INZONE H9 II: You attach the boom microphone and turn the microphone ON
• INZONE H5/H7/H9: You lower the boom microphone
• INZONE Buds (WF-G700N): You activate Sidetone in the INZONE Hub software

Notes:

• Adjust the Sidetone level in INZONE Hub software by navigating to Sound Settings → Sidetone.
• Depending on the model, you can deactivate the Sidetone feature by following these steps:
  • INZONE H9 II: Remove the boom microphone or turn OFF the microphone. This mutes voice chat and deactivates Sidetone.
  • INZONE H5/H7/H9: Raise the boom microphone. This turns off the microphone, mutes voice chat, and deactivates Sidetone.
  • INZONE Buds (WF-G700N): Adjust the level of the Sidetone feature using the INZONE Hub software.
• Noise canceling is only available for the INZONE H9.
