Important Information Regarding WALL-E Movie In Blu-ray Disc™ Format
Attention owners of BDP-S2000ES Blu-ray Disc™ players.
BDP-S2000ES Blu-ray Disc players may experience problems when playing the WALL-E movie in Blu-ray Disc format. You can update your player to firmware version 4.30 or higher to resolve this issue.
If your computer is equipped with a CD burner please click here to download the firmware update yourself. You will also need to have a compatible (blank) CD-R disc on hand to use for this firmware update.
If you cannot create an update disc on your computer, you can order one from Sony. If your Blu-ray Disc player is out of warranty, there will be a shipping and handling fee of .50. Please contact Sony Support at 1-800-222-SONY (7669) if you would like to order an update disc.
