Check the following:
GBL-T3: The cable connecting the camera and gimbal may be interfering with the roll frame. Move the tilt frame and make sure that the USB cable is not in contact with the roll frame.
GBL-PX1: The cable connecting the camera and gimbal may be interfering with the frame. Make sure that the USB Type-C™ cable (gimbal - camera) is wired in an S shape so as not to interfere with the gimbal.
