How accurately can TAG measure the ambient temperature and humidity of its surroundings?
Please refer to the information provided below. Note that these figures apply when the REON POCKET is left in an enclosed space that is free of moving air. The accuracy below is an estimate only and may be impacted by environmental conditions.

Between +5°C and +40°C : ±0.5°C

What temperature ranges can TAG measure?
The REON POCKET can measure temperatures between –10°C and 60°C. It will display 'Low' if it falls below –10°C and 'High' if it exceeds 60°C. In accordance with the Start Guide, please refrain from using it when it displays 'High'.
Is it okay if TAG gets wet in the rain?
This product is designed to be water-resistant during normal use (for example, against moderate sweating and light splashes). It is not waterproof and does not completely prevent liquid or dust from entering the unit. Do not use the unit in a humid place such as a bathroom, and do not expose it directly to rain, running water, immersion, or other liquids.
If the unit is exposed to liquid, stop using it immediately, wipe it with a dry cloth, and allow it to dry completely before using or charging it.
Damage or malfunction caused by liquid exposure (including liquid intrusion or corrosion) is not covered by the Sony Limited Warranty. If we determine that the issue was caused by liquid exposure, the unit will not be eligible for warranty service.
It takes a while for information from TAG to display in the app. What can I do about this?
If you're concerned that the display is lagging, check that your smartphone and TAG are close to each other and press the button on the tag.
Can I use commercially available batteries? What varieties of batteries does TAG use?
You can use commercially available batteries (Model: CR2032).
How long is the battery life of TAG?
The battery lasts approximately one year*.
*This is an estimate based on the lithium coin batteries that come with TAG. Battery life may differ depending on the usage conditions and environment.
How should I attach TAG to prevent it from coming off?
For RNPT-1
As an example, we recommend using a ring or lanyard as shown in the photo below, in addition to the clip on the back of TAG.

For RNPT-2
As an example, we recommend using the included carabiner.
