Follow this procedure to troubleshoot no sound coming through the speaker.
- Ensure fresh batteries are installed.
- Ensure the volume is turned up.
- Ensure an ear receiver or headphones are not connected to the unit.
NOTE: If the unit plays sound through an ear receiver or headphones and not from the built-in speaker, service may be required.
