The clock radio is on but does not respond when one or more of the buttons on the clock radio is pressed.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- If the clock radio uses a back up battery, remove the battery.
- Unplug the radio from the AC power source and wait 15 seconds,
- Connect the power cord back in..
If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
