The clock radio buttons or adjustments do not work.

Issue:

The clock radio is on but does not respond when one or more of the buttons on the clock radio is pressed.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. If the clock radio uses a back up battery, remove the battery.
  2. Unplug the radio from the AC power source and wait 15 seconds,
  3. Connect the power cord back in..

NOTE: There is additional information if this is occurring with the ICF-CL75IP clock radio .

If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
