The function buttons or control knobs on the unit do not respond.

If the function buttons or the control knobs on the Audio/Video (A/V) receiver no longer work, follow these steps to try to resolve this issue.

  1. Turn off the power to the A/V receiver.
  2. Unplug the AC power cord for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Plug the AC power cord back in.
  4. Turn the power back on to the A/V receiver.
  5. Attempt to change the functions on the A/V receiver.

If the issue is still unresolved, service may be required.
