Check the following if you are unable to turn on the portable Bluetooth® speaker.
- Make sure that the portable Bluetooth speaker has enough charge.
NOTE: Connect the micro-USB cable, and charge for approximately 1 hour before turning on the power again. If the built-in battery has no remaining charge, the power will not turn on immediately after connecting the micro-USB cable. Please charge for approximately 1 hour before turning on the power again.
- Make sure the USB AC adapter is connected to the speaker and the AC outlet firmly.
NOTE: Even if the battery is fully charged, try connecting the speaker to the USB AC adapter.
- Press and hold the power button until the speaker makes a start-up sound.
If you have tried all of the recommendations above and the speaker does not power on, service may be required.
