Error: 1106, 1107 or 2123 appears during software update on the TV.

Follow these steps to recover the error.

  1. Check the network status of the TV.

    1. Press the HOME button on the supplied remote.
    2. On the HOME menu, select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.

    5. Select Network.

    6. Select Network Set-up.
    7. Select View Network setting and status.

    NOTE: Confirm that the network connection is OK. If not, perform the network connection again.

    1. Press the HOME button on supplied remote control.
    2. On the HOME menu, select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.
    4. Select Set-up.
    5. Select Network.
    6. Select Network Set-up.
    7. Select Set up network connection.

    8. Select Privacy Policy.
    9. Select Agree.
    10. Select Easy or Expert to set up your network.

  2. If the error still occurs, update the device using a USB flash drive.

    1. Download the latest software version from the support web site. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
    2. Follow the given instructions from the web site.
    3. Copy the download file to the USB flash drive.
    4. Insert the USB flash drive to the USB port of the TV.
    5. Under the Software Update menu, select USB.

      1. Press the HOME button on supplied remote control.
      2. On the HOME menu, select Settings.
      3. Select Customer Support.
      4. Select Software Update.
      5. Select USB.

  3. If the error still appears after doing the software update on the TV, perform a factory reset.

    1. Press the HOME button on the supplied remote control.
    2. On the HOME menu, select Settings.
    3. Select Customer Support.
    4. Select Factory Settings.

    5. Select Yes.
    6. Select Yes.
