An error There was a problem connecting to XBR-xxXxxxD (Model displayed will depend on the model of the TV) appears, and the connection fails when trying to use the Google Cast™ feature. Google has released a fix for the Google Cast Receiver app to address this issue. Make sure that the TV is connected to the internet to receive updates for the Android TV™ apps.
If the issue still occurs, perform the forced factory reset. The number of the buttons on the back of your TV determines which reset steps you need to follow.
