Can't Access or Change the Equalizer

The Equalizer isn't available or grayed out if:
- You set Sound Mode to Music, Cinema, or Sports.
In this case, set the Sound mode to Standard.
- Press HOME on the supplied remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Preferences under Settings.
- Select Sound under the Preferences category.
- Select Standard.
- You set Sound restoration (DSEE) to Auto.
In this case, set Sound restoration (DSEE) to Off.
- Press HOME on the supplied remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Preferences under Settings.
- Select Sound under the Preferences category.
- Select Sound restoration (DSEE).
- Select Off.
- You set Surround to Auto or On.
In this case, set Surround to Off.
- Press HOME on the supplied remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Preferences under Settings.
- Select Sound under the Preferences category.
- Select Surround.
- Select Off.
Note: The Equalizer will adjust to the recommended sound quality even if it isn't available or is grayed out.
