The Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds Don't Respond When I Press a Button

    Follow these instructions to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Make sure that the connected device and the left and right units of your Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds are powered on.
    2. Check your Bluetooth® connection. If it's disconnected, try to pair your device and earbuds again.

    3. Reset your earbuds.
      • The earbuds automatically reset when you place them in the charging case.
    4. Reset your earbuds to factory settings.
