The Sound Cuts out When Using the Wireless Party Chain or Speaker Add Function on the Mini-Micro System

Follow the steps below to set the sound quality mode to Priority on stable connection if the sound in Wireless Party Chain or speaker add function cuts out during the Bluetooth® connection.

  1. Press the powerPower OFFbutton to turn off your speaker.
    • Power indicator lights up in amber.
  2. Unplug the AC power cord and then plug it back in.
  3. Press the powerPower ONbutton to turn on your speaker.
    • Power indicator lights up in green.
  4. Press the FUNCTION button repeatedly until the Bluetooth indicator lights up.
  5. Press and hold the volume + button, then press the FUNCTION - PAIRING button until the AUDIO IN indicator flashes.
    • If the AUDIO IN indicator flashes once, the mode changes to SBC or Priority on stable connection.
      • SBC is a digital audio encoder and decoder used to transfer data to Bluetooth audio output devices.
    • If the AUDIO IN indicator flashes three times, the mode changes to AUTO.

If the issue still occurs, check the Bluetooth connection between your speaker and the connected device.
