Check the following if you experience skipping or cutting sound from your wireless speaker when it's connected to a Bluetooth® device or if you use the Speaker Add and Wireless Party Chain functions.
- Move the device away from the following:
- Areas where wireless LAN access points were set up
- Radios, TV, tuners, microwave ovens and such other devices
- Move the connected Bluetooth device close to the wireless speaker.
- Walls, metal racks or other objects may interfere with the connection between your wireless speaker and source device.
- Issues may occur if you're operating applications or accessing the settings on your mobile device. Stop the Bluetooth playback if you're performing these operations.
- Try to restart your mobile devices then reconnect to your wireless speaker through Bluetooth.
If issues still occur after performing the steps above, check the following depending on your model to set the wireless playback quality to Priority on stable connection.
Note: Priority on stable connection won't apply if you're using the Speaker Add or Wireless Party Chain function of the speaker.

SRS-XB20 / XB21 / XB22 / XB30 / XB31 / XB32 / XB40 / XB41
- Connect the wireless speaker to a wall outlet using the AC or USB AC adapter, then turn it off.
- Press and hold the
(power) -PAIRING button then press and hold the volume + button until the Bluetooth indicator starts to flash. The wireless speaker will be on Priority on stable connection mode if the Bluetooth indicator flashes in white three times.

- If the Bluetooth indicator flashes twice only, the wireless speaker is in Priority on sound quality mode. Repeat the step to set in on the appropriate mode.
- You can also use the Music Center (Songpal) app to configure and confirm the playback quality codec. Make sure to select SBC for Priority on stable connection.
- It's also possible to configure the playback quality on your Walkman® player or Xperia™ device. Make sure to check the specifications and manual of your device.

SRS-XB23 / XB33 / XB43
- Connect the speaker to an AC outlet using a USB AC adaptor then turn it off.
- Press and hold the volume + button then press the
Bluetooth button until the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue.
- If you set the speaker to Priority on stable connection mode, the Bluetooth indicator flashes blue three times.
- If you set the speaker to Priority on sound quality mode, theBluetooth indicator flashes blue twice.
Note:
- You can also use the Music Center (Songpal) app to configure and confirm the playback quality codec. Make sure to select SBC for Priority on stable connection.
- It's also possible to configure the playback quality on your Walkman player or Xperia device. Make sure to check the specifications and manual of your device.

GTK-XB60 / XB90
- Press the power
button to turn on the speaker. The power indicator lights up in green. - Press the FUNCTION - PAIRING button repeatedly until the Bluetooth indicator lights up in blue.

- Press and hold the volume + then press the FUNCTION - PAIRING button. The speaker is on SBC or Priority on stable connection if the AUDIO IN indicator flashes once.

- If the AUDIO IN indicator flashes three times, the speaker is in AUTO (Priority on sound quality) mode. Repeat from step two to get the correct settings.
- It's also possible to configure the playback quality on your Walkman® player or Xperia™ device. Make sure to check the specifications and manual of your device.

- Connect the wireless speaker to a wall outlet using a USB AC adapter.
- Turn on the speaker
- Press and hold the volume + and
(power) -PAIRING buttons at the same time for two seconds.
- The speaker is on Priority on stable connection mode if the Bluetooth indicator flashes three times.
- If the Bluetooth indicator flashes twice, it's in Priority on sound quality mode. Repeat the third step to get the correct settings.
- It's also possible to configure the playback quality on your Walkman® player or Xperia™ device. Make sure to check the specifications and manual of your device.
