A white screen appears while audio plays in the background when I watch ATSC 3.0 content on a TV not connected to the internet

    This issue usually occurs when the TV isn't connected to the internet. Follow these steps and check if the issue is resolved after each one:

    • On the supplied remote control, press the BACK button to dismiss the white screen so video is displayed.
    • Connect the TV to the internet.
    • If other channels continue to have this issue, then disable the Interactive application setting on the TV:
      • Navigate to SettingsChannels & Input Preferences (Channels) Interactive application → Turn off the Enable Interactive application setting.
