Images from the FPV gimbal camera do not appear on the mobile device attached to the remote controller or an external display
Follow these steps and make sure to check if the issue is resolved after performing each step.
- Make sure to update mobile device software to the latest version.
- Turn the drone and remote controller off and back on again, and then link them.
- If the output destination of the images is an external display connected to the HDMI port of the remote controller, try turning the display off and back on again or disconnecting and then reconnecting the HDMI cable.
