The volume is low when the PS-LX310BT turntable is connected via Bluetooth
The PS-LX310BT turntable offers the capability to playback and record vinyl records. The unit can be connected to a computer/digital recording device, a sound system, or Bluetooth® speakers or headphones using the USB, RCA audio cable, or Bluetooth connections.
If you are experiencing low volume when using the device with a Bluetooth connection, then review the troubleshooting steps:
- Verify the protective stylus cover has been removed.
Note: Slide the plastic cover off using a horizontal motion. - Make sure that the turntable is not in the PHONE mode. If so, switch to the LINE mode on the turntable's back panel.
- Use the GAIN SELECT switch to increase the volume from the turntable.
Notes: After selecting LOW, MID, or HIGH, check the volume on the Bluetooth device to verify volume changes. - Verify the Bluetooth connection again by pairing the turntable to the device
- Verify the correct insertion of the stylus:
- Hold the cartridge body with one hand and then insert the tab on the spare stylus into the acceptable on the cartridge body.
- Once the tab is inserted into the cartridge body properly, shift the stylus up to lock it into place.
- Hold the cartridge body with one hand and then insert the tab on the spare stylus into the acceptable on the cartridge body.
