The INZONE headphones can't pair with the device (INZONE H9 II)

This guide offers step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot pairing issues with headphones connected to a USB transceiver on a computer or PlayStation®5, as well as Bluetooth® devices. Follow these procedures to ensure a seamless connection and enjoy your audio experience, whether you're connecting for the first time or re-establishing a connection after a reset.

Pairing fails with a game console (computer or PlayStation®5) using a USB transceiver

    1. Ensure the headphones and the game console with the USB transceiver are within 1 meter (3.2 feet) of each other.
    2. Restart the computer or PS5™, and perform Pairing again.
    3. If the headphones can't connect to the USB transceiver plugged into the computer or PS5, follow these steps to re-pair them with the transceiver:
      • Press and hold the connect button on the USB transceiver and the (power) button on the headphones for about 5 seconds or more.
      • When the headphones enter pairing mode, you will hear a notification sound, and the connection indicator on the USB transceiver and the power indicator on the headphones will flash twice alternately. You will also hear a voice guidance say Pairing.
      • After pairing is complete, you will hear a notification sound from the headphones, and the connection indicator on the USB transceiver lights up in white.
    4. Disconnect and reconnect the USB transceiver.
    5. Reset the headphones.
    6. Initialize the headphones to the original factory settings.
IMPORTANT: Initialization deletes all Bluetooth® pairing information. Perform the pairing again.

Pairing fails with a Bluetooth device

    1. Ensure the headphones and the Bluetooth device are within 1 meter (3.2 feet) of each other.
    2. Check the pairing procedure:
      • When pairing the headphones with a device for the first time after purchase, or after the pairing information has been deleted (such as after initializing the headphones or after a repair)

Press and hold the (power) button on the headphones for 2 seconds or more, and then press and hold the (Bluetooth) button for 2 seconds more. The headphones will enter pairing mode automatically.

      • When you pair the headphones with an additional device (the headphones have pairing information for other devices)

Press and hold the (Bluetooth) button for 5 seconds or more. The headphones will enter pairing mode.

    3. When you pair the headphones after initializing them or after a repair, the pairing may fail if the Bluetooth device (iPhone® or other devices) retains pairing information for the headphones. If this is the case, delete the pairing information on the connected device and perform pairing again.
    4. Restart the Bluetooth device and perform pairing again.
    5. Reset the headphones.
    6. Initialize the headphones to the original factory settings.
IMPORTANT: Initialization deletes all Bluetooth® pairing information. Perform the pairing again.
