The INZONE headphones can't connect to the Bluetooth device (INZONE H9 II)
We understand how frustrating it can be when your headphones won't connect to your device. Don't worry – most Bluetooth® connection issues are easy to fix!
The following troubleshooting steps will help you reconnect your headphones to any Bluetooth device quickly. We've listed the solutions from simplest to most advanced, so let's get started:
- Make sure the headphones are turned on.
- Make sure the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is enabled.
- If your headphones automatically connect to the last device you used, they might not connect to a different device. If this happens, disconnect the Bluetooth connection from that previously connected device.
- If your device is in sleep mode, wake it up.
- Check that your Bluetooth connection is established. If the connection has dropped, reconnect your headphones to the device via Bluetooth.
- If you've deleted the pairing information on your Bluetooth device, you'll need to pair your headphones again.
- Reset the headset.
- Initializing the headset to restore factory settings.
IMPORTANT: When you initialize, your headphones return to factory settings and delete all Bluetooth pairing information. You'll need to pair your headphones via Bluetooth again.
If the LE Audio connection fails:
- Use an Android smartphone that supports LE Audio, and make sure the smartphone's software is updated to the latest version.
- Update the headphones' software to the latest version.
- Switch the connection to LE Audio using the Sony | Sound Connect app. For details, refer to Pairing and connecting with an Android smartphone using LE Audio instruction pages.
- If the headphones are connected to the smartphone via Classic Audio, you need to change the LE Audio connection setting for headphones to LE Audio Priority using the Sony | Sound Connect app, and pair the headphones with the smartphone again. - When connecting to a computer that supports LE Audio, turn on the LE Audio setting on your computer.
