Internet TV services are missing or disappeared from my list
The internet TV streaming services found on your device may have changed or may require refreshing of the internet content, and in some cases, the service for that app may have ended. Check the list for service provider changes or perform the steps to refresh your internet content.
Service provider changes:
Support for specific internet services on your device may have been discontinued. Review the internet service information provided to see if your device is included in these changes:
- Netflix® video service ends on some TVs and A/V products.
- Amazon Prime™ video service ends on some TV and A/V models.
- Hulu® service ends on certain Blu-ray Disc™ players.
Refresh Internet Content:
Update the internet services lineup of your device by refreshing the internet content. These steps may vary depending on your device.
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
- On the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings
- Select Network or Network Setup.
- Select Refresh Internet Content.
For Blu-ray Disc players, perform Update List, or follow these additional steps to refresh the internet content of the player:
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
- On the supplied remote, select Setup.
- Select Resetting.
- Select Initialize Personal Information.
- Select OK.
Additional troubleshooting steps:
- Reset your modem and router
- Turn off and disconnect power from the devices for 30 seconds or more.
- Reconnect and then turn on the devices to re-establish your internet connection.
- Perform the refresh internet content procedure again.
- Perform a power reset of your TV.
- Reset your TV to the original factory settings.
