Can't Open the Tray or Eject the Disc From the CD Player

Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Power off your CD player.
  2. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
  3. Power on your device.
  4. Try to open or close the disc drawer or tray.

    Note: Make sure nothing blocks the tray from opening or closing.

If the issue still occurs, repair may be required.
