The message indicates that the video heads of the camcorder may be dirty or contaminated. To fix this, use a dry head-cleaning cassette to clean the video heads.
NOTE: If you use again a dirty cassette tape, the same message may occur even if you have just cleaned the cassette head.
If the issue is not resolved after cleaning the video heads, service may be required.
