The list below shows the causes of the error when you connect a device to your TV using the Wi-Fi Direct® feature, and how to resolve it.
|The interference from other wireless devices or a microwave oven affects your TV and the connected device.||Power off other wireless devices that surround your TV or retry the connection setup.|
|The wireless signal is weaker if there are objects that block the signal, or when you perform the setup far from the TV.||The recommended distance between the TV and the connected device is from 1-3 meters or 3-9 feet.|
|When you launch an app on the connected device while you set up the connection, or the connected device has no power.||Make sure to power on the connected device then reconnect it to your TV.|
