Packing Instructions for Digital Paper System

Dear Valued Customer,

The following steps demonstrate how to safely repack your Digital Paper system. If you are returning your old unit as part of the exchange program, please use these instructions to ensure your Digital Paper system arrives safely to our facility. Units received damaged may not be eligible to receive full credit. If you have any questions, please contact Sony Customer Service at 1-877-591-SONY(7669).

If the original box of the Digital Paper System is available

1. Place the Digital Paper system and the accessories inside the box as shown below.

   

2. Wrap the carton with one later of bubble wrap.

   

3. Slide it into a standard large FedEx® box.

   

If the original box of the Digital Paper System is no longer available

1. Wrap the Digital Paper system (with it slid inside the sleeve) with at least two layers of bubble wrap in both directions: around side and around top and bottom.

   

2. Slide it into a standard medium FedEx box.

   

NOTE: If you are sending the Digital Paper system in for the Password Reset, include the return tracking label inside the box.
