Error: There is no network connection right now appears after the TV is turned on

Error: There is no network connection right now may appear if:

  • you turn off your TV and turn it back on while streaming an internet app.
  • you connected your TV to the internet with a wired connection.

Check if the error still appears after completing each step. If model-specific information is required to complete any step, check your manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

  1. Select RETRY to reconnect to the internet.
  2. Check if you enabled the IPv6 setting on your TV.

    Note: This doesn't apply to TVs with Android™ 8.0 operating system.

    1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Under Network & Accessories category, select Network.
    4. Select Advanced settings.
    5. Select IPv6 setup.
    6. At the Do you want to enable IPv6? screen, select NO.
  3. Connect your TV to the internet using a wireless connection.
    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Under Network & Accessories category, select Network.
    4. Select Network setup.
    5. Select Easy.
    6. Select Wi-Fi.
    7. Select CONNECT BY SCAN LIST.
    8. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the network setup.
